In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouts of America, I will be giving a 20% discount on all services all month of February for scouts and Scouters (even if you're girl scouts and scouters). I've been working on computers since 1984. In January 2000 I earned my CompTIA A+ Certification and started my business repairing computers. As you can see from my website that I don't just repair computers. My repair rates are competitive with my competition. My philosophy is that no computer repair job should cost more than the cost of a new computer. I also believe in repairing the whole computer... not just one part such as scanning for viruses. Everyone wants their computer to be working at it's optimum speed. I will clean out your junk files, scan for viruses, spyware, malware, trojans, and scan for registry errors then fix them. I will check your hard drive for bad clusters and fix them, then defragment your files. All this is a simple maintenance that takes about 2-8 hours depending on the computer's speed. If your computer has other unforeseeable issues, I will fix them too. No matter what the issues are, I can fix them.

Computer Repair

$20/Hr. for each computer.
This includes testing and diagnosing failed components ie. memory, CPU, motherboard, power supply, hard drives, CD/DVD & burner drives, floppy drive, backup drives, mouse, keyboard or any other device that connects to the system.
(This does NOT include the cost of parts that need to be replaced.)

Computer Maintenance Plan

$50 Per Computer Per Month.

Virus Scanning/Cleaning
$75 Flat Fee
This rate includes the obvious scanning and cleaning of viruses, but also fixing the registry keys, cleaning out all the junk files and defragging your system. We will also install a reliable virus scanner that will not slow your system down. This process can take between 4 to 8 hours because your hard drive is already infected, it's not possible to install a new virus scanner until your drive has been partially cleaned out, therefore we will have to remove your hard drive from your system and connect it to our testing system. Once that is done then we will reconnect your drive to your system and install a reliable virus scanner then clean out the rest of your infections from your drive.

Reinstalling OS with your System Restore Disks
$50 Flat Fee
This also includes installing all windows updates and a reliable virus scanner along with defragging the system.

$15 / Hour with $200 cap.

I can fix most problems by remote... without leaving my office and without you leaving your office or house. As long as you have a high speed broadband internet connection, I can do most repairs over the internet. However, there are a few circumstances that will prevent this from happening. You don't have enough RAM memory; your computer is so messed up, nothing will work anyway; Your computer has several virus' and they are preventing you from connecting to the internet. So in any case scenario, I can fix your computer.
